Bill Clinton denies any knowledge of Epstein’s sex crimes
A video from a congressional deposition has surfaced, revealing former U.S. President Bill Clinton’s testimony that he was unaware of Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual misconduct. The footage, released by the House of Representatives Oversight Committee, captures Clinton’s sworn statements during a two-day session last week.
Clinton claimed his initial encounter with Epstein occurred in 2002 aboard the financier’s private jet, linked to the Clintons’ humanitarian endeavors. He stated their connection dissolved a year later, with no indication of Epstein’s illicit activities during their time together. “Nothing I observed during our interactions suggested he was trafficking women,” Clinton said in the deposition.
“There’s nothing that I saw when I was around him that made me realize he was trafficking women,” he told the committee.
Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton testified that she couldn’t recall meeting Epstein at all. The depositions come amid escalating calls for transparency regarding Epstein’s criminal records, though neither Clinton nor his wife has been formally charged with misconduct.
Clinton also recounted a conversation with Donald Trump following the latter’s transition to the Republican Party. He described Trump mentioning “some great times” shared with Epstein, but their relationship had soured due to a real estate dispute. “Somehow, [Donald Trump] knew I had flown in Jeffrey Epstein’s aircraft,” Clinton explained. “He said, ‘You know, we had some great times together over the years, but we fell out all because of a real estate deal.’”

Clinton emphasized that Trump had never implied any improper involvement in Epstein’s activities. Both Clinton and Trump acknowledged their ties to the financier, but they maintained that their knowledge of Epstein’s actions was limited before his 2008 guilty plea for soliciting underage prostitution.
